My story

I rebuilt my own body. Now I do it for others.

A decade of professional handball across Europe gave me a career I loved - and a body that kept breaking. Injuries, surgeries, and long stretches where I wasn't sure I'd move freely again.

Doctors and physios patched the symptoms, but nobody fixed how I actually moved. So I went and learned it myself: functional anatomy, biomechanics, and corrective coaching through NASM and the Brookbush Institute. I rebuilt the way I move from the ground up.

I know exactly how it feels to be told to just stop - and I know it doesn't have to end there. That's the work I do with you.
