Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
1. Who We Are
RAGUKAI METHOD is operated by Nikola Jeremić, based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Nikola Jeremić is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy questions, contact nikola@ragukai.com.
2. What Information We Collect
When you book a consultation, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your preferred date and time, and information you provide about your goals, pain, or movement concerns, including answers to a short pre-consultation screening.
When you sign up for a free guide or other resource, we collect your email address and the consent choices you make at signup: your agreement to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and, separately, whether you opted in to receive marketing emails.
When you complete our free self-assessment tool, we collect: your answers to a set of questions about your training history, pain or injury patterns, and related psychological factors (such as fear of reinjury or confidence in movement), and your email address, which we ask for so we can send you your personalized result. This is health-related information, similar in nature to the pre-consultation screening described above.
3. Why We Collect It and Our Legal Basis
Name, email, phone, and booking details are processed to arrange and manage your consultation (legal basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract). Information about pain, injury, or movement concerns is health-related information. We only process it with your explicit, separate consent, given via a dedicated checkbox at booking (legal basis: explicit consent, under Article 9(2)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the equivalent provisions of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Law on Personal Data Protection).
If you sign up for a free guide, we process your email to deliver it to you (legal basis: consent, given via the required checkbox at signup). Marketing emails are only sent if you separately opt in via the marketing checkbox (legal basis: consent) - this is always a separate choice from receiving the guide itself, and you can agree to one without the other. You can withdraw either consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
If you complete the self-assessment, we process your answers and email under your explicit, separate consent, given via a dedicated checkbox before you can submit the quiz (legal basis: explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the equivalent Bosnia and Herzegovina provisions, the same basis used for pain and injury information described above). We use your answers to generate your personalized result, to notify Nikola Jeremić that a submission was made so he can follow up if appropriate, and, only if you separately opt in via the marketing checkbox, to send you related emails. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and respond to your enquiries, or until you ask us to delete it. Backups held by our database provider may retain deleted data for a limited additional period (up to 30 days) before being permanently purged.
5. Who We Share It With
We use the following service providers (processors) to run our booking, self-assessment, and email systems: Neon (database hosting, EU region) stores your booking, self-assessment, and signup information; Vercel (website hosting) serves our website and processes booking, self-assessment, and signup requests; Resend (email delivery) sends booking confirmations, self-assessment results, notifications, and free guide emails. These providers are contractually bound, via Data Processing Agreements, to protect your data and only use it as instructed by us. Some of these providers process limited data, such as account metadata or delivery logs, in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, which provide a recognized legal basis for this transfer.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict our processing; request a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). To exercise any of these rights, contact nikola@ragukai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority - for Bosnia and Herzegovina, this is the Agency for Personal Data Protection (AZLP).
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to see how many people visit the site (page views, no other tracking) - this doesn't store or access anything on your device, so it doesn't require your consent under applicable law. We don't use advertising or marketing cookies. If we add anything that does require consent in the future, we will ask for it first via a cookie banner, and update this section accordingly. See our Cookie Policy for details.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (TLS) and encrypted storage, to protect your information. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes.
11. Contact
