  • You receive a detailed nutritional protocol; however, for a one-time fee of €49, you can get a personalized meal plan tailored specifically to your body measurements and goals.

    This plan is developed in collaboration with a leading American organization featuring over 4,500 registered nutritionists and dietitians. This ensures maximum precision and results customized to your unique profile.

    ⚠️ Note: An additional consultation is required if you wish to choose this personalized plan.

  • For the first two months, you will be training 3 times a week. During the final 5 weeks, the frequency will increase to 4 times a week.
