We are committed to delivering premium coaching and fitness programs at RAGUKAI Fitness. Due to the nature of our services, we enforce a clear refund policy:

1.⁠ ⁠Digital Product & Program Sales

All sales of digital programs, custom coaching plans, and downloadable materials are final.

We do not offer refunds on:

• One-time coaching sessions

• Program guides (PDFs, videos, blueprints)

• Monthly subscriptions that have already started

2.⁠ ⁠Subscription-Based Services

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the current billing period.

If you cancel before renewal, you will retain access until the end of the paid period.

3.⁠ ⁠Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• Duplicate charges due to technical error

• Billing issues caused by platform failure

• You were charged despite not receiving access
